INTERACTIVE SESSION ON DIGITAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT, 2023 & RULES, 2025

VCCI conducted an informative and highly interactive session on the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 & Rules, 2025, featuring CA. Ramakrishna Poosarla as the speaker. The programme was hosted by Mr. Rajesh Poosarla, Vice President, VCCI.

The session witnessed excellent participation and active interaction between the speaker and members, with practical discussions covering key areas such as data protection, employee and customer data, consent, vendors, data breaches, data retention and compliance requirements.

Members found the session useful, practical and highly relevant to current business needs, with several valuable questions and insightful discussions making the programme engaging and meaningful.
