Awareness Session on ROC Compliances

The Vizagapatam Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VCCI) successfully conducted its much-awaited awareness session on “ROC Compliances for Companies & LLPs” on Saturday, 29th August 2026, at the VCCI Conference Hall.

The programme focused on the importance of timely and effective statutory compliances for companies and LLPs. The session provided valuable and practical insights into the various ROC requirements, compliance procedures and statutory responsibilities.

The distinguished speakers, Ms. Smruthi Sure, FCA, FCS, Arbitrator and Mr. Madhav Sure, FCA, CS, FAFD shared their extensive knowledge and expertise, making the session highly informative and relevant to the participants. The interaction and engagement from the participants led to several insightful discussions and exchange of views.

The programme commenced with the Welcome Address by Vice President Shri P. Rajesh Garu and concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Secretary Shri W. Sridhar Garu.

Esteemed Executive Committee members, VCCI members and staff actively participated in the programme. The enthusiastic participation reflected the growing importance of statutory compliance and the need for greater awareness among the business community.
